Brake, transmission, exhaust and glass work is often done by specialty shops that see the same job dozens of times a week. Brake shops replace pads and rotors the same day and usually inspect for free; transmission shops rebuild or replace automatics and clutches, a multi-day job that deserves a second quote; muffler and exhaust shops weld custom pipes and replace catalytic converters, which in many states must meet emissions rules. Alignment and suspension shops fix pulling, uneven tire wear and worn shocks, and radiator shops handle overheating and cooling-system leaks. Auto glass shops replace windshields, often at your home or office, and recalibrate the driver-assistance cameras mounted behind the glass. Window tinting and car audio shops round out the group.

I've had many sound systems installed in past cars. They are the best I've seen. My installation required some custom work. Now it looks the way it should have come from the factory but sounds much better than factory.

I am not new to the car audio world, but because I have a 2022 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack with less than 13k miles and over $20k in accessories, I decided to take it to "professionals" to ensure no clips were broken and the look remained OEM. Unfortunately, Audio Innovations did a "mickey moused" job that has cost me thousands in damages. The Issues: • Lazy Wiring: They ran wires through the middle of my back seat rather than behind the bracket. This caused the wiring to rub against the seat whenever people sat in the back, even though there was an empty channel right next to it that would have looked OEM. • Missing Hardware: Upon further inspection, I found screws missing from interior pieces. • Hack Job Repairs: The worst discovery was under the steering wheel. They broke my clip housing and "fixed" it using a zip tie and double-sided tape. You can see the hack job in image.png and image_2.png. Unless you never plan on taking your car apart, you’ll never see the poor quality and the parts they break. This company will never touch any of my vehicles, or those of my family and friends, ever again. Don't bother reaching out unless you intend to pay for the broken dash parts and the

Easiest 5 star I have written! If you care about sonic truth—the kind that gives goosebumps when bass and clarity converge—then Audio Innovations is where you go when “good enough” simply isn’t. Ryan, who manages sales, is the rare kind of professional who listens before he recommends. He takes time to understand the tonal character you’re chasing—whether that’s chest-cavity resonance, stage imaging, or pure tactile punch—and curates a setup that harmonizes perfectly with your taste. Ryan and I sat down for over an hour and he gave me a master class in sound. He doesn’t want to just sale, he wants you to understand so you can truly make the most informed decision for your wants and desires. His honesty and depth of product knowledge make every conversation feel less like a sale and more like a collaboration between enthusiasts. James, the artisan behind the installs, is nothing short of a craftsman of silence and sound. His wiring is invisible, his tuning is meticulous, and his attention to acoustic phase coherence borders on obsessive—in the best possible way. Every decibel that leaves your speakers feels intentional. Sitting in Jame’s ride you can hear the level of precision i
